On 26th December 2017, students of G.D.Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, visited the evening school run by American Montessori Public School in Gurugram for the underprivileged students. The interaction started with students of our school giving a talk on the relevance of Christmas and teachings of Jesus Christ. They also celebrated the festive season by distributing eats and stationery items. Soaps were gifted to the school children to politely convey the importance of personal hygiene and general well being. This was followed by a cultural programme organised by the students of American Montessori Public School.

Not only was this give and take a rich learning experience for the Goenkans, it also made their Christmas the most memorable one.

American Montessori Public School , a school of dreams for the children who are motivated to aim high despite of all the hurdles that come in their way!

My visit to the school on the 26 of December,2017 was absolutely worth it ! It was the best Christmas I have ever celebrated with the beautiful souls that were present on that special evening.
I observed that the underprivileged children were very disciplined and understanding as they were able to connect with us.

Also, the teachers of the school were very helpfuland most importantly, i could see their urge to build a bright future for the children in need!

It was a feeling of utmost happiness and joy of being their SECRET SANTA!
