U.K. Education Fair was organised by G. D. Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj on August 26, 2019 to expose the senior school students to a variety of course options available in eleven renowned universities of the U.K. The students had a direct interaction with the university representatives through which they gained first hand information on available courses, entry requirements and scholarships.
The universities that participated were: City University of London, Keele University, Loughborough University, Queen Mary University of London, Royal Holloway University of London, University of Nottingham, University of Reading, University of Sheffield, University of Surrey, University of Sussex and University of Essex.
Parents of many students of class XI expressed keen interest in gaining knowledge about the courses and their queries were adequately addressed. This fair was held by the school with an attempt to enable the students to identify their potential and realise their dreams. The children were equipped with requisite knowledge and felt empowered at the end of the fair.
