International Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga transcends age and ability and it unites everyone in a general sense of well-being. Yoga makes the mind and body happy and healthy. People from all walks of life can practice yoga to keep fit. The UN General Assembly, in 2014, adopted a draft resolution, declaring June 21 as International Yoga Day. 177 countries supported the resolution. As a result, there are yoga enthusiasts in every corner of the world today. 

On the occasion of world YOGA DAY   our goenkans participated wholeheartedly and portrayed the importance of a healthy body and mind.
