International Yoga Celebration by Junior School

Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s great tradition of harmony with nature. Through yoga we can bring about a unity of body, mind and soul. 

Yoga helps us develop physical and mental strength. It enhances flexibility, teaches discipline and help us focus better. 

Yoga is very beneficial to attain overall wellness and immunity. To attain these goals the little ones were encouraged to perform various yoga asanas on International Yoga Day. The Junior Goenkans enthusiastically participated as they performed intricate asanas and learnt the manifold benefits of Yoga.
