Yoga helps you to unwind and it also reveals the deepest secrets that help you to achieve good health, a focused mind and excellent concentration skills. Since the International Day of Yoga, that is 21st June, falls in the summer holidays, the school celebrated this event on 27 July. The students of Class VI presented some asanas, following the same protocol as directed by the Ministry of Aayush. The practice of these asanas for a few minutes everyday can help cure many diseases and keep you fit. It brings the wavering mind to a state of some stability. Practising yoga regularly harmonises the body and rejuvenates the senses, making us feel energetic and positive.
