G.D.Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, took its teachers on a journey of self-realisation through the four sessions of Sahaja Yoga that were organised on 15th, 19th, 21st and 26th September, 2017.
The Resource Person, Mr Nishchal Kapoor and his team helped the Goenkan teachers with their spontaneous union with the Divine, which in other words is known as Sahaja Yoga. One was set upon one’s Spiritual Ascent by awakening the spiritual energy lying dormant within oneself. Awareness of the divinity present within oneself is sure a transcendental voyage.
