On Friday, October 21, 2016, classes 9 and 10 left for an excursion to Jaipur and Ranthambore. At 6.50am the students and teachers left the school by luxury coaches. Boxes of packed breakfast were served in the buses. Moto Sport is where they stopped for a delicious Chinese lunch. The visit to Amer Fort gave an interesting insight into the history of Jaipur. This visit also generated immense enthusiasm among children to buy souvenirs. The night stay at Crowne Plaza was made more interesting by a puppet show depicting a folklore, demonstration of making of handicrafts, DJ and buffet. Lunch at Vanya Mahal the next day was followed by an adventurous safari to Ranthambore. The cultural show at the hotel in the evening about life in Rajasthan was very informative. After breakfast on Sunday morning the group left for Delhi.
