Yatharth Katyal of class 10-A participated in All India Asteroid Search Campaign, organised by International Astronomical Search Collaboration (IASC) from 27 May to 20 June 2022.

We are happy to share that he managed to discover a preliminary asteroid, aptly named YKA005. The discovery will be shared with NASA for further
investigations.
