Kudos to the Science Department for the meticulous  planning and flawless conduction of the Science Quiz!

On the 20th of January 2021, the Science Department of G.D. Goenka, Vasant Kunj, had its young learners watching a SCI-FI movie, as  part of the Science Month. 

The film  ‘GRAVITY’ was the surprise that everybody had been waiting for. The movie which was released in 2013, won 7 Academy Awards and had all the ingredients of a suspense thriller ; Dr Ryan Stone, an engineer,on an outer space mission  and Matt Kowalski, an astronaut, are hit by high-speed space debris. As the situation gets dire, Stone, the lone survivor, rises to the occasion and manages to reach back safely on Earth.

The excitement was intact throughout the film and the students not only loved the fascinating facts about Space but also got inspired not to give up easily in life.
