GDGIMUN 23 @DAY 3

After three days of exhilarating debates and discussions, GD Goenka International Model United Nations came to a  grand close.

The closing ceremony began with welcoming the event’s chief guest , Ambassador Ms. Reena Pandey, who has had a distinguished career  in the  Ministry of External Affairs  for thirty years . She spoke to the august gathering and motivated the students to follow their dreams. Following an energetic dance performance, the school’s Principal, Ms. Meenakshi Chauhan Bhakuni, addressed the students and enlightened them with her words of wisdom. Subsequently, came the moment towards which the entire conference culminated: the awards, recognising the efforts put in by participants. Madhav Shroff, the  Secretary General of GDGIMUN offered the vote of thanks, and the ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
