‘Yoga- A Way of life’, was presented in a fun filled manner.The students spoke about the significance and benefits of yoga and demonstrated various asanas.
The power packed session of yoga ended with Principal ma’am inspiring students to embrace and incorporate the beautiful art of yog in our hectic daily life routines.
