A career counselling webinar was held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, for the students of classes 10,11 &12 of GD Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj.

 Mr. Alok Bansal, a renowned career counsellor and mentor, in collaboration with HT Pace, conducted the seminar.  Mr. Bansal is an alumnus of the prestigious Xavier’s Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, and Delhi Technological University.

Among his various accomplishments is the leadership course he has done from Harvard Business School. He has worked at Senior Management positions in various MNCs like Larsen and Turbo and ICICI Lombard, to name a few, and has appeared in the capacity of a counselor and mentor to school and college students on a number of TV shows.

He has conducted more than 200 hundred seminars across schools and colleges in India and has mentored more than 20,000 students, enabling them to get admissions in top notch institutions across the globe.

The webinar gave our students an insight into the subject choices and combinations that they can opt for in class 11, which will further help them make informed decisions about the courses and institutions they would like to gain admission in.

The webinar was well attended and the students asked a variety of questions which were well answered by Mr. Bansal.

Our students are indeed fortunate to have been guided by Mr. Bansal at a very crucial point in their lives, who gave a much-needed impetus to their career goals and dreams.
