Applications for admission need to be sent to admissionsvk@gdgoenka.ac.in. Admission to each grade depends on a vacancy. A paper copy of the application can also be submitted at the school office.

Yes, GD Goenka offers Spanish, French, and German as third language options from Grade 4 onwards. These languages can also be taken as a second language in Grades IX and X, and as a sixth subject in Grades XI and XII. The school encourages and prepares students to appear for international certification exams from an early age.
The flagship school, GD Goenka Vasant Kunj, is a day school and does not offer hostel facilities. However, our other campuses run by GD Goenka Promoters offer premium boarding facilities for students seeking a residential school experience.
G D Goenka Vasant Kunj is the Flagship school that does not have any branch.

GD GOENKA VASANT KUNJ School is in strict compliance with the Right to Education Act.
The academic year at GD Goenka is observed from April to March and is divided into two terms:
- Term 1: April to September
- Term 2: October to March
The session concludes with final assessments conducted in March.
Junior School: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Senior School:
- Summer: 7:30 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.
- Winter: 7:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Fee Payment Options
Please note that school fees are accepted only through banking channels. Cash payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
1. Online Payment (via Parent Portal)
- Fee bills are available on the Parent Portal.
- To make a payment:
Visit the School Website → Click on Parent Portal → Log in using your User ID and Password. - Payments can be made securely through various online modes (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
2. Payment via Cheque / Demand Draft (DD)
Option 1: HDFC Bank (Delhi-NCR Branches)
- Fees can be deposited via Cheque or Demand Draft at any HDFC Bank branch in Delhi-NCR using a CMS Slip, which can be downloaded from the Parent Portal.
- Please ensure that payment is made on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
- After the end of the first month of the respective fee quarter, all payments must be made only at the School Accounts Section.
Option 2: School Fee Drop Box
- Cheques or Demand Drafts (payable to G D Goenka Public School) can be dropped in the Fee Drop Box located at the School Security Gate.
- Please clearly mention the Student’s Name, Class, Section, and Admission Number on the reverse side of the cheque/DD.
- Fee receipts can be downloaded from the Parent Portal.

All families considering admission to G D Goenka Vasant Kunj are strongly encouraged to visit the school. These can be booked through the front desk. A typical visit consists of a talk with a member of the admission staff, a tour of the campus with a teacher or wing head, and a family conference at which the staff member answers questions about the school, to convey a sense of how Goenka will fit into their school search.
Through the wellbeing department we provide individual support. The teachers document each child’s progress in terms of their social development skills, inter and intra personal skills and academics. These documents are then discussed to reflect on each child’s learning journey and what the next steps should be.
