Visit the school with your child’s previous year’s report card. It is recommended that both the parent and child come together for the preliminary enquiry.
After the first interaction with the Admissions Team, you can fill out the enquiry form at our school and wait for our intimation in case a seat and subjects aimed for are available.
If a seat is available, an application form will be provided to you to fill and attached the following required list of documents:

Admissions follow an inclusive, child-centric approach based on age and prior learning. We follow the CBSE curriculum, offering a wide range of subject choices across Science, Commerce, and Liberal Arts streams. Students can also opt for skill-based and vocational subjects. Trained security personnel are on duty at all times, and we conduct regular safety audits to continually improve our measures. Additionally, we organize workshops on personal safety and have online reporting systems in place for any concerns—ensuring that every student feels safe, supported, and cared for throughout their educational journey.
The teachers are appointed according to the norms and procedures of the DOE and CBSE. Only highly qualified, talented and gifted, experienced teachers are appointed through a rigorous selection process.The student - teacher ratio is 14: 1.

Applications for admission need to be sent to admissionsvk@gdgoenka.ac.in. Admission to each grade depends on a vacancy. A paper copy of the application can also be submitted at the school office.

Yes, GD Goenka offers Spanish, French, and German as third language options from Grade 4 onwards. These languages can also be taken as a second language in Grades IX and X, and as a sixth subject in Grades XI and XII. The school encourages and prepares students to appear for international certification exams from an early age.
The flagship school, GD Goenka Vasant Kunj, is a day school and does not offer hostel facilities. However, our other campuses run by GD Goenka Promoters offer premium boarding facilities for students seeking a residential school experience.
G D Goenka Vasant Kunj is the Flagship school that does not have any branch.

All families considering admission to G D Goenka Vasant Kunj are strongly encouraged to visit the school. These can be booked through the front desk. A typical visit consists of a talk with a member of the admission staff, a tour of the campus with a teacher or wing head, and a family conference at which the staff member answers questions about the school, to convey a sense of how Goenka will fit into their school search.
Through the wellbeing department we provide individual support. The teachers document each child’s progress in terms of their social development skills, inter and intra personal skills and academics. These documents are then discussed to reflect on each child’s learning journey and what the next steps should be.
